Once we have scanned and made digital models of your mouth, our software allows us to customize your CEREC crown restoration to fit your mouth and bite. Crowns are made of a variety of metal-free materials, depending on the individual patient’s needs cosmetically and functionally.
When the design process is complete, the CEREC machine creates the crown restoration to exact specifications. We color-match the crown to your smile and a special oven cures the restoration for maximum strength. The crown is then cemented in place permanently, eliminating the need for a temporary crown.
